WEEKEND TO REMEMBER
We appreciate all our co-workers, and we want to help you be successful in life, especially in important relationships like marriage. As a result, we extend an opportunity for you to participate in a Weekend to Remember where encouragement, hope and practical tools will be shared with you to help build and grow your relationship.
Marriage is a lifelong adventure of growing together through every age and stage of life. The happiest couples are those who commit to learning skills that help them weather difficult seasons and deal confidently with relationship challenges. We know that working at Trinity can sometimes take you away from your family and we are happy to give back by offering this to refresh your relationship with that someone special in your life.
The getaway is filled with informative group sessions and alone time with your spouse. If you are a first-time attendee, Trinity will cover the cost of your lodging and the weekend seminars. You are responsible for meals and travel.

RIGHTNOW MEDIA
RightNow Media is an extensive video library with access on demand from your TV, computer, tablet, or phone. It is similar to Netflix, but with a distinctive difference. RightNow is faith-based and covers issues from leadership, teams, and dealing with change, to topics such as marriage, parenting, finances, and even recovery. This is a free resource for all families within our Brubacher and Trinity teams. You can access hundreds of educational and life changing material that can support and resource you for now as well as for the future.

BENEVOLENCE FUND
The Benevolence Fund is intended to assist qualified Trinity employees who are having an unexpected financial hardship or have experienced a catastrophe or emergency beyond their control and have exhausted all other resources.
It provides employees the opportunity to formally apply in a confidential manner for personal financial assistance.

CHAPLAIN SERVICE
In alignment with Trinity's commitment to offer benefits that promote physical, mental, financial, and spiritual well-being of our employees and their families, we are pleased to offer a part-time workplace Chaplain. Our aim is to provide a resource who is approachable, accessible, and familiar so that team members may voluntarily reach out for advice, help, or care in dealing with the challenges and changes of life.
Countless studies reveal the recent pandemic has further increased feelings of isolation, loneliness, and other stress-causing situations that eventually lead to crisis in life. The goal of the Brubacher family is to provide hope, help and support so that each person in our sphere of influence has the opportunity to discover and live out their life purpose successfully.
